Barnstable County
CMB deploys Barnstable County's centralized Customer Interaction Center allowing them to integrate ACD, CTI, IVR database and desktop applications. The sophisticated features of the UCCX allowed Barnstable County to take full advantage of their call center resources and improve resource management
Bishop Guertin
Implemented CCM and Berbee Paging System. Enabled Teachers the ability to page without having to go to office and leave classes. Also allows for security within the building by sending Text pages to phones regarding emergencies without “Verbally paging” throughout the entire school (example: lock down for strangers in building).
Infomedics
Implemented CCM, UCCX, presence, Mobility, and Meetingplace. Enhanced the customer call flow experience and provides much needed reports for end user companies. Integrated Cisco Agent desktop into Infomedics proprietary system. Infomedics can now answer IVR calls, pop customer information, transfer or conference end users all with the push of ONE button.

CMB helped automate multi-channel customer interactions through intelligent routing and email management
